Part 7, Subpart 6, Chapter7 In the event motor vehicle is the subject of an agreement for the conditional sale or laws thereof with the right upon performance of the conditions stated in the agreement and with the immediate right of possession vested in the conditional lease, then such conditional lessee is considered the owner and the registration and title is issued in the name of lease. A Salvage Certificate of Title or Certificate of Title last issued by any titling jurisdiction for a motor vehicle which contains a brand or sub brand indicating âNON-REBUILDABLEâ, âPARTS ONLYâ, or âJUNKâ, shall not be titled in this state.
